I had unprotected sex a few days ago and just to be on the safe side, I was thinking about getting tested for chlamydia/gonorrhea. Do I have to wait a few weeks to ensure an accurate result? And can it still test positive even if I don’t have any symptoms?

I am taking a test for STD’s and (long story short) my parent’s are going with me, I am 18 but I am afraid the birth control will show up because they share this info with immigration (long story) can birth control show up?

I have a new bf who tells me he hasn’t been with a girl in over a year. I had sex with him and after had sex with my ex bf. Both of these guys have tested neg for std’s but I tested pos. I would not believe them but I had access to their test results. we all got tested at the same hospital.

i need to take it for school, what kind of STD test is easiest and will only require to take blood ?

I am prescribed Xanax for back pain and sleep, will taking one before an STD test effect the results?

Friends have said not to take them before getting tested but im not sure.

please can you tell me what happens when you go for an std test, cause some people say that all you have to do is pee in a pot, but others say you have to do other stuff. does it hurt?

2yrs ago, i was infected with STD but i dont know what type of STD it was because when i consulted a doctor, he just gave me antibiotic for 1 week because there was a greenish discharged at my penis and very difficult to urinate. after taking antibiotic, the discharge dissappear. i dont know if it is already cured. after several weeks i feel burning when i urinate and pain in my abdomen. it dissappear. now, after 2years, rashes appears. more so, my lanula in my nail dissappear. i feel very weak. i was tested for HIV and it is negative. i was tested for syphilis using RPR, negative. tested for chlamadia in urine negative. all this test is done after 2yrs. i am afraid coz maybe my STD before has not been cured. also, i experience being IMPOTENT very hard to became arouse and ejaculate. i am worried because maybe i have DGI or URETHRIS. because i have pain below my back. lower back pain. pls help me. what is the test for DGI. or URETHRIS. help coz i am working abroad . reply. help pls.
