everyone (sisters, friends, mom)want me to take it but i don’t want to.
but i don’t want to for these reasons.
1. i don’t want to take them everyday
2. im not haven sex and my period is regular
3. it messes with a woman sense of smell. ( like if she is on bc then she will be attracted to a man with similar genetics, and a healthy baby has a mix of DIFFERENT genetics)
4. i don’t want to put the extra hormones in my body.

I dont want to take the nuvea ring because its not comfortable. Yes, I do know the risks of blood clots when on birth control. I do use condoms with out a doubt. But sometimes my man and I run out of condoms or dont really want to wear any. The Prostate can be removed or I can have Radiation. The Cancer is localized to my prostate only. If I have Radiation and the Cancer returns they will not remove my Prostate and if I have my prostate removed and the Cancer returns I can have Radiation. I’m done reproducing as I just turned fifty four. To me it’s a no brainer (survival and remove), I still want to be able to have sex with my wife though and there are risks either way.
