I am totally confused of the difference between low sperm count and infertility.If one has a premature ejaculation, does that mean he has a low sperm count or what?Is there any cure for premature ejaculation?

I was wondering if it is possible/ likely to get a sexually transmitted disease in your eye if infected semen got into it For example is it possible to get herpes type 1 or 2 in your eye by getting semen in it and not actually touching a herpes lesion. Is it possible to get genital warts/ hpv from semen and not direct contact with a wart? What other stds can be spread, and are they treatable? Any bit of information helps.

Since this post is rather long, the short question is:
When kept at body temperature, can ejaculate change color? Is that normal?

I am using at-home artificial insemination in hopes of conceiving a child.
Yesterday, we met the donor, signed contracts, and received our first donation.
It was suggested to keep the donation at body temperature, and I had read a good way to do this was to keep it inside my bra until getting home. We did not want to shock the sperm, as it was quite cold, in the teens and twenties outside. I stored the sample upon my chest, which was under two shirts, and of course, a winter coat. I did not turn the heat on in the car so as to not overheat. It took about 20 minutes from receiving the sample to getting it home and out of my shirt.
Initially, the donation was what appeared to be perfect color and consistency of what semen should be. When I got it home, it was more translucent, and with a yellowish tinge.
So therein lies my question. Did the sample get overheated? Is that normal for a sample, kept at body temperature for that amount of time, to change color?
I hope I didn’t ruin it.
Any insight would be helpful.

Before anyone makes any uneducated comments, these attempts are coming as a thoroughly explored option. My husband is azoospermatic. We confirmed this after a few samples analyzed through a fertility specialist, or RE, who we were seeing until hubby’s job changed insurance…and no longer covers infertility.

My man friend had the seed inplant of radiation for cancer. It worked. He is cured. He say he can no longer produce semen. Is this true?
He said he got shots to delete testosterone.

I’m 40 and when my wife and I have sex, i find that i’m leaking semen a bit before i actually ejaculate. it’s almost like bleading off a pressure valve. a few times, i haven’t had as much “steam” left, as what I would have had i not been leaking.

Is this related to health problems, middle age, prostate trouble? just curious. i notice that i have trouble getting to the bathroom from time to time.

I also notice that my erections aren’t as large and firm as they once were a year or so ago.

Hi i want to get pregnant with my husband. However i am embarrassed to tell him a secret about me. When I was 15 i had my left tube tied because it was malformed (birth defect) and the actual fallopian tube was removed. the doctor was a fertility specialist and said i can still have kids with my right one. But i have been testing my ovulation and i dont seem to ovulate.
