When we test for certain things,such as liver and cholestrol do other things such as STD’S come up in the tests or only if we ask to find those certain desieses?

How long will it take to learn results of tests and if she is free of all std’s now, could she have some that are undetectible now that may show up later? I recently made a huge mistake and had unprotected sex with my boyfriend(now ex).
