I read that in order to lower prolactin, there is one prescription drug for it called bromocriptine. I don’t mind getting it but doubt my endocrinologist would give me it. People here tell me if you can’t get prescription, go use vitamin b6 or vitex and it would work.
Does anyone know which one of the two is better? I’m 23, and my prolactin was 24 six months ago. It is 16.8 recently which is still very high. If it is high that means low sex drive. I read that vitex is used a lot by women though and if men use it, it lowers fertility?
Do you say vitamin b6 or vitex to lower prolactin?
