im a 24 yr old male, and i have a good sex drive, and i like sex.. but lately ive been having some trouble getting erections or staying up.. but It doesn’t happen all the time.. id say I work 90% of the time.. but its still embarrassing when on rare occasions it doesn’t work. i dont need a rx because for the most part it works.. but just to ensure id like some suggestions on staying and keeping hard.

Help! I have the sex drive of a dog in heat and it’s starting to get annoying. I can’t barely focus during class anymore if there are any remotely attractive males in the room. I recently read an article that state that overmasturbating like 3 times daily lowers the bioelectric livel in the parasympathetic nerves making unable to have a full erection. Is this true? Im scared I have overmasturbated.
