just curious.
The ED is because of diabetes.
It doesn’t happen everytime, but when I have an orgasm I experience a severe throbbing pain in my anus and prostate and it usually spreads to the rest of my genitals. It usually lasts anywhere from 20 minutes to 3 hours. I’m 21 years old, I am in really good health. can you where I can look for help, or what might help?
his Doctor ordered a colonoscopy and fortunalty found nothing to be wrong there, now the doc wants to send him to an anal specialist but sais no need to worry about the prostate but yet that is where the pain is? The Doctor did not want to talk to us about thta at all and kept avoiding the question any suggestions or web sites we can go to to look into this further i love him dearly and want to keep him in good health please any comments are greatly appreciated
If you’ve read my previous posts, you’ll know that I never found pleasure when I masturbated. I determined that it was because of my medication, and after about a month I switched from Risperdal to Abilify, which is the same thing but without the loss of sexual desire side effect.
It didn’t work at first, but then I got the idea (well, read about the idea) of humping things (prior to this I only used my hands, which didn’t work too well). I put my penis into a pillow case and started humping it, and it felt so good. I never knew what it was supposed to feel like to ejaculate, so the first time (bear with my ignorance) I thought I was going to pee in the pillow case. Then it came out, and I did my best to stop the rest from coming out. About half of it came out, and it felt really good, so I looked at and smelled the pillow case to see if I really peed it. It didn’t smell like pee, so I figured it was semen and that I’d ejaculated. I was relieved, and ever since then I started using socks so that my pillow case wouldn’t get wet anymore.
This isn’t my main concern, though. I masturbate daily now (ever since less than a week ago, when this all started), and this last Sunday I masturbated eight times. The only problem is, I’m not orgasming. I know that you’re supposed to get a feeling of euphoria and a muscle spasm, but none of this is happening. It still feels really good to masturbate, but I really want to orgasm. I feel unsatisfied that I can’t, even at my horniest.
This sounds really silly, but it’s a serious and genuine problem that I want solved. Again, I can still ejaculate, but I can’t orgasm. Does anybody have any advice or a solution to my problem? Preferably males who experienced this problem in their late teens (I’m eighteen now; my profile says seventeen but I still need to update it). I’m extremely desperate. Also, I know that I can go to a sex therapist, but it would be humiliating to ask my parents to take me to see one, so I will only visit one as a last resort.
If it helps, I have OCD, ADD, anxiety, and I suspect depression (though the depression is slowly going away).
Thanks for sticking with the question. I know it was long.
Ok, So I am thinking of stimulating my prostate because of all ive heard about its advantages including health benefits. But my bedroom wall is quite thin and then next door neigbour can literally hear EVERYTHING. So, A bit of a stupid question but would it be possible for me to experience a prostate orgasm without attracting attention? (With regards to my “uncontrollable” reaction to the orgasm)
I understand that if men ejaculate on a normal basis, they have a less risk of getting testicular or prostate cancer. What about women? Are there any pros to women having orgasms whether it be through masturbation or sex to reduce health problems in the future?
Thanks!
I found this article and was wondering if anybody new if it was true or not. If so can you provide a credible source instead of just a blog site.
Or possibly even studies that have been conducted recently on the subject or similar subjects.

and also are theta waves directly linked to sexual pleasure or is that just a thought?
the reason that i ask is because i am doing a study because I want to figure out which gender has the most intense orgasms if there is even a difference at all. My and many other peoples theory is that we all start out as kind of a generic being that is made and built the same way until you become either male or female. So we have basically the same organs just in a different format ie the penis and the clitoris, pecs and breasts, we all have nipples lol. So my suspicion is that our orgasms are very much alike and just felt in different areas becouse of our anatomy.
for the record I have heard females (read it too) that say that women have more intense orgasm because there are more nerve endings in the clitoris. That is false. Since penises and clitorises started out being the same from conception and grew to their gender, they have the same amount of nerve endings but the clitoris is more condensed because it is smaller and the penis more spread out because more area to cover.
Anyhow, if you could answer any of my questions i would be greatly appreciative. I have tried to find stuff on my own but can only find junk like this.
sorry that link didnt work. here is another one that is the same thing…

We know that orgasms are good for keeping a man healthy, but is a lengthy make-out session (complete with long-lasting erections and significant release of “pre-ejaculate” but without orgasm) better or worse for your physical sexual health than having no sex or erections at all? In other words, is “teasing” the prostate without resolution bad for a guy’s health?
