Overcome infertility naturally, even after 40. bit.ly…

Me and my husband have been trying to get pregnant for over a year. We both have been going to a Fertility Specialist and thus far, it seems that my husband has NO SPERM. His ego and emotional state of mind are affected by this. He feels as though his man hood is gone. He has no kids and really wants to get me pregnant.

I don’t say anything discouraging to him and I’m always positive about the situation.

Is there anything I can say or do to help him feel better?

I was just sitting here wondering, my boyfriend is a type one diabetic. I am deeply in love with him and plan on spending the rest of my life with him. We had briefly discussed having children together. I was wondering is there any complications that a 30 year old man or so could have with fertility if they are diabetic? Also what are the chances of passing it on if he is the one with type one juvinille diabetes? I had read 7-10% also your experiences. I was just wondering if maybe it is a concern he doesnt express?

I am a 30yr old woman w/ out child & have not been to a specialist, however, my husband & I have never conceived a child in the last 5yrs of unprotected sex. I do not have regular periods & w/in last 2yrs clot when menstruating. Is it possible to have endemetriosis or overian cysts? My husband has had a testicle removed due to cancer & not sure if he has sperm count as of now. What are the treatments & can a man get any type of fertility treatment if he has a zero count?

It seems impossible that we could ever concieve at this point…help!!!

I’ve been on anti-depressants for years, and I’ve heard from my doctor that I may be infertile because of the dosages. My fiance and I are doing what we can to keep things fun, but we’re both convinced that activity would be much more efficient and exciting if it were unprotected. However, we are both strongly against having children. I would more than like to tell her that I’m sterile or even infertile, but I would like to know: 1. How would I find out exactly how fertile I am? and 2.What must I do to make it so that my fertility declines, or to promote sterility?

I want to know some men’s stories of fertility after having undescended testes as children. Specifically men who had no trouble with being infertlile and have kids now.
I am concerned because my child had 2 undescended testicles at birth and they were surgically corrected at 15 months old. I read that this increases a mans infertility because of low sperm count, since when the testicles are developing they are exposed to higher than normal temperatures being inside of the abdomen
