I have recently been experiencing pre mature ejaculation issues and impotence issues. My girlfriend gets me really excited and I will ejaculate very fast, but then after that I can’t get it back up. Has anyone ever heard of anything like this? Any suggestions/advice. I am 20 years old and I am glad she is very supportive of me, but still for future I want to resolve this issue.
Should I go to a doctor or something? Should I do kegels or something?

Although some people still think of fertility as a “woman’s problem,” up to half of all cas…

I asked a similar question about one year ago and many people answered no. You should be reading medical articles before answering medical questions. You should read an article, “How an erection occurs: Men’s sexual health” by Faculty of the Harvard Medical school, one of the best in the country. It says,”Indeed, erections may work on a use-it-or-lose-it principle. Some research suggests that when the penis is flaccid for long periods of time – and deprived of a lot of oxygen-rich blood – the low oxygen level causes some muscle cells to lose their flexibility and gradually change into something akin to scar tissue. This scar tissue seems to interfere with the penis’s ability to expand when it’s filled with blood.”
