I seem to be suffering from ED. I am only 17. Every time I attempt to have a sexual intercourse I cannot get an erection easily and once I do and start having a sexual intercourse I do not last more than a minute at most. This is very frustrating for me and my partner. What can I do? please help

Im 19 and I have been having a hard time keeping a hard erection. When I do have one, it isnt very hard, and ill probably lose it in a minute or 2. I cant figure out what could be the problem. Im 5’11” 145lbs, I just recently had a physical and he said everything is O.K, Im not stressed and get plenty of sleep. Any ideas on what the cause is? Or any ideas to help improve my erection? I am a 21 year old male, and i have been on Catepres for many years for my Teretz syndrome. I am perfectly healthy otherwise, but i cannot maintain erections/ get completely hard/ and I sometimes have trouble achieving erections at all. I am certain that the Catepres is causing my E.D. because when i DONT take the Catepres for a few days, my erections are fine. Is there anything I can do about this? I cant stop taking my Catepres, but its affecting my sex life immensely!!!! please help me….i am desperate……..i dont want this to be the cause of another failed relationship.
