Yes it does, even if a man will not admit it. Each man is different, but it usually starts declining very slowly as ealy as his early twenties. However, the decline is so slow at first that he and his wife or girl friend do not even notice. The decline speeds up in his 40s and 50s. I am a late 50s male and can definitely tell. My sex drive used to much higher than any woman I dated and later much higher than my wife’s. Now that I am single and dating again, I have found that my sex drive is no longer as high as that of women my own age. It is really embarrassing to finally realize I can not keep up with a woman my own age.
