If i have hepatitis how would the doctor diagnose me?A CBC or the std test?Or would just taking a CBC blood count diagnose the hepatitis?Thanks every one!

It’s been going on for about two months now. It’ll happen for 3-4 days then stop and then awhile later start again. I feel fine and am in good health with only about 14% body fat. I know prostate cancer and other things can be deadly but could it actually be anything serious? I thought none of the serious stuff could happen until you were in your 40′s or over.

So, should I worry about this and should I go to the doctor?

how much blood is needed in a comprehensive STD test (where you want the lab to see if you have anything)? i am talking about when you go to the doctors and they take some blood, how much blood is taken like that?

He has diabetes and thyroid problems. He isn’t taking any meds. He just went through a divorce and has some depression. He doesn’t have a job, much money or insurance. He wasn’t eating well, and now he’s lost his energy. At which point he realized it was getting too difficult to make himself some food, which is bringing on even less engergy. Now it’s a catch 22. He did go to the hospital about 5 or 6 weeks ago for constipation. They told him he had an enlarged prostate and he also ended up getting a bladder infection. Now he just seems really bad and he won’t go back to the hospital because of his financial situation. But due to his health, he isn’t going to be able to get a job. I’m only 30, just had a baby and am trying to start my life. I don’t know how to take care of him, and he’s living with me temporarily. Now I’m just trying to figure out what I’m supposed to do to get him back on track. Please help! Thanks in advance!

If you had sex with someone and you think you make have gotten an STD, how long would it take before it would show up on a blood test?

I imagine most would be relatively quick, like days or even a week, but are there STDs that don’t show up on blood tests until months after contracting them?
Can all necessary tests be done at the same time in one office or do you have to go to different specialists?

There is blood test available called a CA-125. The median age for Ovarian Cancer is 56. But it can show up at as young as 22. Ovarian cancer symptoms are silent but may be enlarged abdomen , diarrhea/ constipation like irratable bowel syndrome. Ask you doctor to order this test for you and take charge of your health. Call you insurance company and ask them to pay for this test. If your GP orders it , it is $25 or if your GYN $125. Men have PSA test for Prostate cancer yearly, so women need this test yearly also. Are the accurate yet or will they be in about 20 years when I start getting them? I sure hope so, no one wants the finger.

Does that mean their period is coming or something?

When we test for certain things,such as liver and cholestrol do other things such as STD’S come up in the tests or only if we ask to find those certain desieses?
