I have a sore on my tongue, but It could be and std, I was with a guy on the 20th of January. Is this possible to tell the difference between an std and a canker sore?
Im used to getting canker sores..and I think this is what it is. The sores look nothing like what you had posted pictures of. So…I’m sure it’s just a canker sore.
