I have health insurance through my employer. (Anthem Keycare 30). Starting from this year, the insurance will offer a free annual physical checkup and gynecological exam (for guys, free prostate check). I want to take advantage of those two free checkups. However, I have never been to the hospital/clinic the four years I am in the States. Could anyone tell me where I should go for the checkups and how do I make sure it is really free and there’s no extra charge. Will the nurse/doctor tell you if something is not covered and you have to pay?

P.S. While I was in China last year, I found that I had a benign ovarian cyst about 4cm big. If it doesn’t get bigger, then I don’t need to worry about it, according to the doctor. If it grows, then I have to get rid of it. Will the general gynecological checkup check my ovarian cyst to see if it grows?
