After unprotected sex,when would be viable to undergo HIV Test or any STD related test to crosscheck whether we are infected or not ?

I’ve had my AVR surgery on December 17, 2007 and St.Jude mechanical valve size 22 is used. After surgery I feel that my erection is not that hard as was before surgery, I even feel reduced sex drive. I’m 30 Male, married. I was chain smoker, before surgery I use to smoke almost 40 cigarettes a day, but I quit since I went through my surgery, I haven’t had a single cigarette since then neither I’ve any desire to do so. Currently my Hemoglobin is 10.4.
My question is that is there any relation between AVR surgery and sex life, if yes then how can I overcome this problem. Thank you in advance for your kind guidance, please.

I am 25yo adult male and is not circumcised. I am able to pull back my foreskin to reveal my glans easily. But when the foreskin is pulled back, I could feel tightness on my glans. I’ve been seeing a guy for a while and were engaged in what I consider minimal foreplay, perhaps 5 minutes. It was the first time we were together sexually. It takes a bit too long for him to reach climax again, this is getting frustrating… we have discussed the fact that he ejaculates very quickly (roughly two minutes after penetration) however he doesn’t seem to be a ble to control it… any advice? Thank you.
