Symptoms vary from person tp person and women often do not show as much as men but are still infectious. She should see her doctor for treatment immediately/

Highly doubt it. She’s probably trying cover herself and being defensive.

Gonorrhea is a STD, sexually TRANSMITTED disease. You only get it from someone else, it doesn’t spontaneously occur in the body.

It sounds like she is being defensive indeed. Whatever you do, do not be mean to her or get mad and yell at her. Be civil with the matter and explain to her your situation and that she very well has it and not be quite aware of it. It is gonorrhea, it can be treated and cured, so don’t fret too much.

Secondly, I would re-analyze your relationship with this women. Being defensive and what appears to be her lying is a testament to her integrity. This may not be someone you want to socialize with.

You don’t have to have symptoms to have it. In this age it’s virtually impossible to have more than one partner in sex and not get an STD. Get treated for it and tell your girlfriend too. Since she has had sex with you and that other guy she has an STD too.
