Ive seen all the penis enlargement pill commercials. From enzyte to extenze and everything in between. What i want to know from real people do these pills really work. If not what does?

They do not work. Haven’t you noticed that the ads say “male enhancement” or “enhancement of that certain part of the male body”? They cannot actually say that if you take the pills your penis will get larger because the pills cannot do this and they would be sued for false advertising.
The makeup of a penis is mostly spongy tissue, not muscle. So, although you can stretch it or puff it up with pumps there’s really nothing you can do to (except surgery) to actually make it permanently bigger.
Most dudes have just an average size penis, even though they love to boast that its much bigger. A big penis isn’t necessary. You partner will always be far more impressed by what you can do with it than what it looks like.

The only way to enlarge your penis is through surgery. Every male has anywhere from 2-5 inches of extra/ hidden dick thats tucked away safely. You could have this surgery or something. And for those who are not believers try holding your dick while its hard. Go to the end of the shaft with your hand and you can feel your hidden anatomy just push against your skin.

the pills don’t work like some kind of Miracle. They however do augment the process of Vacuum Pumping; Jelqing. After 10 years of vacuum pumping and borrowing some ideas/techniques from Jelqing I’ve increased 1 inch in length and 2 inches in girth.
Notice the time; NOT overnight.

All the ads are BS. A surgeon can unhook your dick from it’s anchor and give you another inch or two but it will then be completely unstable and hang down every which way. You get my point? It won’t stick out in front anymore .
Sad to see that in a man.
