If I wanted to maintain my health what questions should I be asking a doctor?
I’m thirty-two years old and I have not visited a doctor, a hospital, or a clinic for check-ups or whatever in a looong time. I am now starting to work out, I stretch every morning and night before going to bed and wake up, I eat two to three times daily while my goal is to do more and bulk-up at the same
time, I have no history of any medical conditions, I don’t smoke and finally, I weigh close to 150 lbs. as I am lightly muscular at five foot six. So, with all of
this, what should I be checking for with a doctor as far as check-ups with Hep., Prostate, yada, yada, blah, blah … You know, I want to do this on a every six months or yearly basis. Please be an expert at this or know more
about this situation than just some idea. If you need more current stats or
vitals, just ask away and thank you in advance.

I would ask these two very important questions:
(1) Am I going to die?
(2) When?
If he says you are going to die in two weeks then all the stretching exercises really don’t matter very much.
