I need birth control advice?
I had my son 8 weeks ago. I do not want to have another baby for about another 4 years. My son was conceived because the condom broke. I hate the thought of using man made birth control as it has plenty of side effects. I have always counted on condoms and the calendar, but this time the condom failed me, it was ok since my first kid is going to be 6. but now i cant afford to get pregnant so soon, literally.
i am very very prone to acne, I broke out badly the first 6 months of my last pregnancy, now i know that because it was a boy I had added hormones from him. I also drink organic milk because regular milk has added hormones. so If im gonna use birth control i need something with no hormones and that wont make me gain weight or retain alot of water. if there is such a thing out there.
got the shot long ago but i hated it.

I tried out everything to lose weight, and nothing worked until I tried out acai berry. I realize they say that pills won’t work, but they definitely worked for me, and they have been shown on CBS News too. There’s a free trial on currently at http://winaps.yoursexydiet.info , why not try it, what is the worst that could happen?

Perhaps look into a copper IUD. They are long-term and non-hormonal. They don’t cause acne or any of that.
The most common side effect of copper IUD’s is increased cramping and bleeding during menstruation. Talk to your doctor about it.

Your best bet is to sit down with your ob/gyn, or the clinician at a family planning center (such as Planned Parenthood), and have him/her go over all the hormone-free options there are. There are plenty! You could use a diaphragm, the Sponge, or a copper IUD, to name a few. The IUD is best. It has no hormones, is more than 99.9% effective, and the only maintenance is a quick, painless 5-second check to make sure it is still in place once a month, that you do yourself. Best of all, once it is inserted (a quick office visit) it is good for 10 years! If you decide to have another child, it is easily removed, and fertility is restored almost instantly. Can’t beat it, if you ask me.
Once you decide your family is complete, you could opt for tubal ligation, if you wanted. Or have your husband get a vasectomy. Those are permanent solutions.
I agree the shot is horrible. My daughter used it. She gained a lot of weight, and it ruined her teeth. I’m scared of what it might have done to her bones. They should take that off the market!

Copper IUD. Perfect for you, especially since you’ve already had a kid.

Oh, and you should drink raw milk if you can get it. Pasteurization isn’t very good for milk.
