How does sex without orgasm affect a man’s reproductive health?

We know that orgasms are good for keeping a man healthy, but is a lengthy make-out session (complete with long-lasting erections and significant release of “pre-ejaculate” but without orgasm) better or worse for your physical sexual health than having no sex or erections at all? In other words, is “teasing” the prostate without resolution bad for a guy’s health?

I don’t think that this is a bad thing. At least I hope that it isn’t because I sometimes do the same thing. I usually end up having an orgasm after a while but sometimes I hold it back and don’t finish. Or I will finish it later in the day. This has not been a problem with me at all. Best of luck to you David. Feel free to email or msg me anytime if you would like to.

Au contraire. No semen ejaculating (but still with orgasm) is much better for you. No energy is drained that way.

Teasing is fine. The only reason it wouldn’t be is if you never blew your load ever. But this can be solved manually by masturbation. Or the body will do it automatically with wet dreams. So no worries your safe.

What you talk about causes vasocongestion, better known as “blue balls.” Blue balls won’t cause long-term damage to a male, but it can be very uncomfortable in the short term. If his partner won’t do anything to help him have an orgasm, it can be useful for him to excuse himself and go masturbate on his own. This will take care of both his vasocongestion and his desire to have an orgasm. For a little while.

If the male is unable or unwilling to go someplace and masturbate (or even to do it in front of the partner), then the feeling will go away by itself before too long. With any luck, eventually the male’s partner will decide to help him have an orgasm, or the male will find a different partner who will, so that this situation ought not last for too many years for that particular male.

Personally, I would rather have the lengthy make-out session with no orgasm than stay at home alone and have all the orgasms I want.
