How do you approach your boyfriend and tell him that you got tested for STD an annual checkup and found out ?

that he gave you an STD. Should I go balistic on him? I know it’s not from me because i don’t roll like that, but he’s told me of his many sexual encounters.

   I would definitely be telling him about! hopefully it is something you can get rid of , and on top of getting rid of your STD he would be the other thing i would be getting rid of!!!

   i just went through something similar. except it was me who caught the STD. my boyfriend and i broke up for 2 and a half months and i saw another guy, who gave me chlamydia….well i didn’t know, got back with my ex, and gave it to him. found out and when i told him he was upset. but he didn’t leave me. so i would tell him and judge his reaction before you decide whether you go ballistic on him or leave him etc. does this mean he was cheating on you or did you just get together or how did this come about? if it means he was cheating on you then hell yah girl go ballistic on his butt.

   This is definitely something you need to discuss with him – ballistic won’t get you anywhere. If you do want to stay with him, then you need to make sure you both get clean before you start anymore sexual encounters.

   If you decide to break up with him about it, he should at least know why.

   Open lines of communication are the best way to work through things, not exploding.
