Does testosterone replacement therapy (Testim) make a man infertile?

I have read that it can shrink the testicles and make them useless. My friend is on Testim and it is increasing his testosterone levels, but he is only 30 and concerned about his fertility.

    Assuming he is getting medical treatment supervised by a doctor then he should be fine. Its only people who abuse it for body building reasons who get the symptoms of loss of fertitlity;
