Can regular masturbation train you to last long in bed?
I usually last for an average of 7-8 mins.,but sometimes I can go for about 30-45 mins. of pumpin’. I’m not always on my A-game and I’m fast on the draw sometimes. I’ve tried to masturbate without any lubricants(lotions, creams, etc.) and when I tried on game day, I end up blowing up early. Yesterday, I whacked off with lotion and it really stimulates a wet vagina and surprisingly I lasted for about 25 minutes. Can masturbation(with lubes) really help you last in bed? Men’s Health magazine says that you must still diligently train even if you have a regular sexual partner.

yes, but if you do it too much it will desensitize you and you wont want to have sex just masterbate, also you could last so long you will get tired and not orgasm at all.

You need to masturbate to the point of orgasm and then stop. Let the feeling die down and start again, stopping each time you are about to come. Keep going until you can’t stop yourself.
To help, when you are close to coming, squeeze tightly just below the helmet of your penis and hold, waiting for the feeling to die down. Practice until you can stop with will power and not rely on squeezing.
When you are not masturbating but going to the toilet, urinating, stop in the middle of the flow, hold it, and then start again. Do it a couple of time. When you do this you are training the muscles to hold off ejaculating when you have sex.
Mental pressure can make you blow your load early when you’re with a girl. So masturbating alone doesn’t really simulate the pressure of actual sex. Practice on muscle-control and holding back orgasm and you’ll last longer.
